As ConnectCare begins to transform how we give good help to those in need, we know you will have great stories to tell. We have much to celebrate and share. That’s why we created this area for you to share your ConnectCare WOW stories.
To ensure we are able to add your story to our Web site, please read the suggested guidelines.
Who: Be sure to let us know who is in your story and who you are. Please double-check spelling of names and include titles.
Where: Let us know what facility you work in.
When: If this WOW story happened lately, that’s great! but please don’t wait too long to share the good news.
What: Share what you’ve learned about ConnectCare and how it has improved the work you do.
How: Keep your story to one or two paragraphs. Start with the most important information and then support that with the rest of your story. Let us know what’s inspired you, and it will likely inspire others.
