I am looking forward to initiating ConnectCare to assist with continuity of care for all of our patients within the hospital system as well as post-discharge care.

I find electronic documentation to be an efficient and comprehensive way to prompt nurses to document appropriately. Electronic documentation allows for uniform documenting that is ideal when dealing with litigation, audits, and patient care.

I am excited about ConnectCare and the convenience it will bring to our facility. I believe that it will enhance patient care tremendously by giving nurses more time for their patients.
