It provides access to evidence-based clinical practices and information that supports to BSHSI clinical transformation initiative to deliver clinical excellence and extraordinary care.
ConnectCare is the engine for achieving this clinical transformation across BSHSI. It is the coming together of new ways of caring for our patients with the power of an advanced electronic health record (EHR).
