With Memorial Regional Medical Center and Richmond Community, we learned many valuable lessons both during the training and the rollout of ConnectCare in April 2010. On Oct. 31, 2010, St. Mary’s became the third Bon Secours Richmond Hospital to go live on ConnectCare.
The ConnectCare project team is sharing these best practices across all Bon Secours Virginia locations to ensure a smooth transition, especially with the go-live at St. Francis Medical Center scheduled for March 27, 2011
