To ensure the security of certain information we require any individual and physician office practice with access to "Sensitive Data" to complete and submit a confidentiality and security access agreement.
Physician Office Practice Access Agreement
What it is: A practice's access to and use of Bon
Secours software is subject to the terms and conditions of this
agreement and all attachments.
Confidentiality and Security Agreement
What it is: This agreement form confirms that
physicians will act within the Bon Secours guidelines to safeguard and
protect sensitive data.
